What we believe:
Salvation:
Salvation is a free gift and can not be earned by your own works. It is by grace through faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross. Salvation is simply trusting the gospel of Christ, the gospel of your salvation. That is Christ died for your sins, and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day for your justification. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shall be saved! (Eph2:8,9, 1Cor15:1-4, Rom1:16, Rom4:25)
Eternal Security:
All believers in the Dispensation of Grace have received the Atonement of Christ’s blood for their sins upon trusting in Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. Once saved, you are baptized by the Spirit into the body of Christ, are sealed unto the day of redemption, and you are His purchased possession. (Rom5:1,9,11,Rom8:1-39, 1Cor1:8, Eph1:12-14, Eph4:30, Col2:8-13)
The Bible:
The bible is the pure, perfect, and preserved word of God. We do not believe that pieces of God’s word exist throughout time and throughout different translations. We believe God has the ability to keep his word in tact as he promises. The word of God is not the product of man but inspired by the Holy Ghost who moved men to pen the words.
God is the Word, and the Word became flesh (Jesus) and dwelt among us, and God magnifies his word above his own name. We believe the King James Bible is the word of God for English speaking people today. Prov12:6,7, 2Pet1:21, 2Tim3:16, Pslm138:2
Church Membership:
We believe God knows them that are his. Membership into the church the body of Christ is a simple testimony of salvation. We do not require more for church membership than does the Lord. All those with a verbal testimony are welcomed as members of the our church. 2Tim2:19
Denominations:
We believe to divide the church which is Christ’s body into denominations is unscriptual. Since all saved individuals are members of the body of Christ there is no need to be divided into groups that were founded by men. We have no ties to any denomination or associations.
Rightly Dividing the Word of Truth:
We rightly divide the word of truth as we are told to do in II Timothy 2:15. This means that we distinguish between the doctrine for the church, the body of Christ found in Paul’s epistles (Romans-Philemon) and the rest of the Bible. Since Paul is the apostle of the Gentiles (Rom 11:13, 15:16, II Tim 1:11) and was given the dispensation of the Grace of God (Eph 3:1-6) we are to follow him as we are told to do in II Cor 11:1 and 4:3. To teach the Kingdom doctrine found in Matthew through John as doctrine for today only leads to confusion. While all of the Bible is written for us it is evident that it is not all written to us. Everyone divides the Bible somewhere but it is important that we "RIGHTLY" divide it. This truth is readily seen by those who study the Bible without pre-conceived ideas. Please note that this doctrine has been in existence since the Apostle Paul and was believed by many through the years.
